Whether you know exactly what needs to change or just know the business can be more, I join your team and own the work of getting it there.
You need someone who can step in, see what you're too close to see, and take the weight of getting it done. You get back to leading where you're strongest, while I take on what's draining you and turn it into the systems and structure that let the business grow, without depending on you for every move.
Most of my work is an ongoing monthly partnership: I take a seat on your team as your fractional COO or Chief of Staff and hold the whole picture alongside you.
Some engagements start with a focused 60 to 90 day assessment first, a low-risk way for us both to decide the fit is right. Either way, we start with a conversation.
I work with clients remotely, with on-site visits when they'd help.
A few examples. Open any to read the story.
One of my teams was losing 12 hours every month to reconciling AR/AP billing by hand. I led them through mapping the whole process, then worked with an engineer to redesign it, cutting that 12 hours to about 15 minutes at 99% accuracy.
The bigger wins came from what we built around it. Human-in-the-loop checkpoints kept accountability with people, not just the system. Flags surfaced account trends early, both the accounts that needed care before they churned and the ones worth leaning into. And because the billing itself got clearer and more accurate, customer questions dropped from 8 to 12 a month to just 1 or 2.
The time saved mattered. Protecting the customer relationships mattered more.
A client hit year five stretched thin and unsure where to put their energy. Growth had leveled off, and they were spending time and money chasing revenue that wasn't really theirs to win.
We got honest about where the real revenue was coming from and cut the distractions. We rethought the roles they actually needed, not the ones they assumed, sharpened how they hired, and built a planning process they could run on their own. Within the year, sales were up year over year by May.
An executive was weighing two paths that would reshape her career: take a new role she'd been offered, or buy a marketing firm and run it herself. She needed a thinking partner, not someone to tell her what to do.
We worked through it together over regular sessions, and I built her an AI tool designed to question rather than advise, to help her separate what she actually wanted from the noise and keep the real numbers in front of her. She made the call with clarity and bought the firm. Today she's its CEO, and she navigated the whole transition successfully.
"A rare leader who can simultaneously manage executive stakeholders, mobilize cross-functional teams, and deliver transformative business results."
About
When the stakes are highest, I'm the person leaders trust to steady things and drive them forward, the right hand to a CEO, the operator embedded inside leadership teams, the sounding board when the decision is hard and the path isn't obvious.
I'm an Integrator at heart. I start by working with you to define the real problem, the one underneath the symptoms, and making sure everyone sees it the same way. From there I work both levels at once: the high strategic view and the deep dive into how things actually run. I coach and train, design the plan, and put the right automation in place, always keeping humans in the loop so accountability stays with your team, not just the system.
Adoption is where most plans fall apart, so it's where I focus. A change only sticks when the team owns it, not just follows it, so I don't work in a silo, I work alongside your team, anchored to the business outcome and the KPIs that prove it.
I set your team up for continued success toward your business objectives.
